Welcome to the facility rental services at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 383 Tara. Situated in the heart of Tara along the Sauble River, the Branch offers you rental selection for:

A Place to Connect
The upstairs hall can accommodate up to 150 people. It is equipped with a kitchen for warming or preparing full-course meals, and a beautiful outdoor covered patio. This hall also has a bar as well as a sound system with a karaoke machine. We are a central place for people to gather and feel connected to their neighbours. The Tara Legion is a cornerstone of the community and we offer free WiFi, and there is an ATM onsite.
A Warm Atmosphere
We offer a hall which holds up to 150 people. We have rectangular tables that can be set up in any arrangement.
Our competitively priced packages are tailored to meet and exceed your requirements. We have lots of parking and are wheelchair accessible.

No, under our liquor licence no alcoholic beverages are allowed on Legion premises unless purchased at the Legion bar.
Yes but the material brought in must conform to regulations set out by the Fire Marshall. For example table clothes must be fireproof and candles must be in a non-flammable container.
